Bed bugs!!!! I reported to hotel and left note a night early. I called 5 times after and never received a refund. I had a bad vibe as soon as I walked in. Check in Was not friendly and not allowed to 3 pm on the dot. Breakfast was terrible. I’m very disappointed with customer service after being covered with bed bug bites.

Hotel isn’t anything fancy! It was a little dated and run down but was the perfect spot to sleep for a couple nights. We loved that we could walk over the Main Brewing Company. The hotel was also centrally located close to Freeport downtown and a short drive to Portland. Staff was great at check-in, providing delicious dining recommendations

Very close to downtown Freeport. This was my second time staying at this location and it still smelled musty throughout the facility.

I had to go back to the lobby twice during my stay to get my room keys re-activated after being locked out. Check in process was lengthy. Found hairs in the shower and on sheets. Needed the space, wonderful it was dog friendly, but overall not the most comfortable experience.

May take me a few days to recover from the worst mattress I've ever encountered in a hotel. Oh my aching back!! Supposed to be memory foam I guess but so soft and squishy you sank right into whatever was hard underneath. Awful experience. Avoid this place.

My family and I did not have a good stay at this property. Between the worker who came into our room to check a dresser for who knows what to the cast of characters that were always lingering around the property, most smoking who knows what. The rooms are very cramped and not exciting. There was a Nissan car with Florida plates always moving parking spots with people in it that seemed off. My family did not enjoy their stay at this hotel or should say Motel and would not recommend it.

The hotel has a very strong chemical smell - not sure what other smells are trying to be masked. Rooms are not clean - shower curtain is slimy, curtains are dirty and furniture is ready for the landfill. We we supposed to stay on return through Freeport but cancelled and will never return to this property.

When we got to our room the door was ajar. There was a stain on the bed and a dirty used piece of soap on the floor of the bathroom, and the towel was stained. The walls here are very thin, we could hear our neighbors clearly and they were not yelling. For the price point I’m disappointed.

Our room was okay and clean, beds were comfortable. There wasn't much extra room to move around. The free breakfast was not great but okay if you're looking to save a little money instead of eating out. The eating area was pleasant, though. The thing that bothered me the most was the air freshener that's being pumped out into the hallways to cover up who-knows-what. It's really strong. It's not as bad in the rooms, but out in the hallway it gives you the feeling that something gross is going on. I think the hotel is a case of "you get what you pay for."

The gentlemen at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly. And the check in process was super easy and quick. Only issues I had were more optics than anything. All outdoor trash cans were overflowing. And the gentleman working the front desk when I checked out was pretty dismissive. Good place to stay, and some great amenities close to the property. Would stay there again.
