Overall the facility was clean and pleasant. Desk staff were cordial and helpful. I disliked that there was an extra $10 parking fee for my car that wasn’t disclosed during online booking process. Going in and out of parking lot wa quirky but I appreciated that safety feature for vehicle.
Staff was very friendly and professional. The young man at the front desk was training a new person but still found time to be very cordial. The room was perfect.
The room temperature was very hot. The heater was broken as we kept trying to turn the heat down, but it kept blasting hot air. My 2 grandkids were crying most of the night because they were so hot. I finally had to turn the heater off, then it was too cold for the rest of the night. No happy medium.
We got very little sleep, then had to get up at 4:30 am for an early morning flight.
The heater was also very loud & when I turned the heat down, it made an even louder noise..
Staff was very nice at the front desk when we checked in..

Red Lion did a great job at check-in though they didnt know we had a reservation BECAUSE Expedia had not informed them. I had an electronic copy and the receptionists was able to track it down through their website.
I enjoyed our stay- our room was comfortable and the staff were nice. Room was plenty clean. For dinner, it was about a 20 minute walk to a sushi restaurant where we got takeout. A pleasant stay, in all.
I love the fact that they placed a flyer restaurants to eat near by in the our hotel room. My husband loved the fact that their was a mini gym so he got to workout. But what i liked mostly is the shuttle to and from the airport. Drivers were really nice especially SUKA.
