The room was not clean. Wasn’t vacuumed at all, with stuff all over every floor, it was gross. There were no bath towels. We called to ask for them and 45 minutes later we still didn’t have them so we had to track them down. The front desk was great as always, but this room was not.

An awful stay
The tv wouldn't work. The bed were so uncomfortable. The room was freezing when we first went in, the heat wasn't even on. They had no rugs and the floors were so slippery. We will never stay there again and it was in the winter time.

This place lives up to its average rating, especially as there are not too many (reasonably priced or not) hotels or inns that will take pets. It is clean (enough) and service is good (enough). In our first room the toilet did not work so they quickly got us into another room which was perfectly acceptable. Except the bathroom only had soap no shampoo or conditioner.
