It took almost 40 minutes for the airport shuttle to arrive when the hotel is only 5 minutes away. We called three times and each time they said they'd radio the driver. When the driver arrived, he said he'd only been contacted 5 minutes before. I think the front desk dropped the ball.

My stay was excellent. The staff was great and very helpful. The only thing is the area on the way into the hotel is dark and kinda scary due to it being in a business/warehouse area.

Decent hotel in a warehouse/business park. Restaurant was good, had to pay for breakfast. Service good. Room was big. Hotel charged $14 a day to park, which was not spelled out on Hotels.com.
