I was disappointed with this place. First room we got has not been vacuumed in a while. The carpet was dirty, pieces of paper on the floor in the washroom and the entire room had an unpleasant smell. The toilet seat looked 100 years old, with scratches. We complained and were upgraded to suite. Was significantly better, but not amazing either. Was very stressful to go back and forth with a tired kid after us before being able to get in a room and rest. The breakfast was also disappointing, no choice at all. You either like scrambled eggs with sausage, or you don't eat. And we were not the only ones complaining. While I was waiting at reception, one customer asked for a room changed because of issues with the shower, and a second one dropped off the key after checking two rooms and declared they were disgusting so she was going elsewhere.

Check in took 30 minutes with only having 2 people in front of me. Someone who was already checked in came to the front desk and said their door knob was falling off the door and they had no linen on the beds. When I got to my room, the door was opened. I decided to check and see if my key worked, and it did by showing a green light…but the door wouldn’t open up. I had to go back down to lobby and switch rooms. Other then it being a long wait to check in, it was okay.

The receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. First, when asked for my id, the lady looked at me and looked at my id. Asked me if it was really me? Yes, I wear a mask; however, you can clearly see that it’s me. Then makes a copy of my id and doesn’t tell me why. Never had a hotel make a copy of it. There room wasn’t clean. There was used cups and trash by the coffee machine. If I haven’t drive over 10 hours, then I would have asked for a refund and kept driving. I usually have had better experiences at Quality in; however, this takes the cake. I will say the next morning the receptionist during the day explained to me why they make copies of your id.

We were pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room with a refrigerator, freezer (yes), and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choices left much to be desired. Not many healthy choices. Staff was very pleasant.

I knew I was getting a value stay, but man....the bar was really on the floor. The staff was not only slow and unhelpful, but also wrote down my credit card info (sketchy). The television was broken and they would not fix because "we did not report it within 20 minutes of entering the room." Neighbors were noisy, sounded like they were partying outside our door. The bathroom was disgusting and the sink didn't drain for our entire stay!

The price we paid for our stay vs the quality of the hotel was unacceptable. The beds were comfortable and had nice pillows and bedding but other than that I cannot say anything positive. We were given a room on the second floor and there was no railing on half of the stairway. The second half of the stairway had a railing that was very loose. In the room the sink had a large crack in it and the bathtub was extremely old and had brown stains all over it. There was no hairdryer, a standard amenity in most hotels. This property needs a lot of TLC. It’s what I would expect if I had booked a $75 hotel room but this was $200 . I wasn’t looking for luxury, just a decent, basic accommodations. This did not measure up!

I Booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay. Check in was slow. A teenager outside was throwing up at the hotel entrance. In the room the bathtub was molded all around. Could not find basic live tv. The breakfast looked old. Overall I was disappointed.
