Beautiful older hotel in a perfect location for walking around the Old Port. So much to do in this area. Staff were very friendly; valet guys went above and beyond. The hotel has two bars and beautiful lounge just off the main entry. Wallpaper could use some updating and lower floors do not have great city views, but overall we were very happy with our stay and the late check out was awesome. Will stay again!

A very old school style hotel right in the old port section of town. Very comfie beds and plenty of towels. The spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were a wonderful addition, especially on a cold rainy morning.We both enjoyed our massages!

This is a very beautiful hotel. We stayed a night for our anniversary. Room was spacious and very clean. The king bed was really comfortable. Great views from our balcony. Staff were super nice at check in-out. Easy to walk to all the shops in town. We ate dinner at The Armory located inside hotel. Food was exceptional and I would definitely recommend and stay here again👌

Location was great, right in the middle of Old Port. Perfect base for exploring. Sometimes felt like you were intruding on staff at reception for some reason, even if just to ask basic information of the hotel or area. But the hotel bar and staff more than made up for it. It’s a bit hidden but worth stopping by if you can.

We enjoyed our stay at the Portland Regency. Staff were professional and attentive to our needs and their restaurants were convenient and good. Our room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back! Only wish parking was included.
