Everything went above our expectations. The staff were super friendly, the hotel is very welcoming of dogs and they even surprised us with a bottle of wine for our anniversary! The added security of gated parking was a big plus too. Will definitely be staying there whenever we visit Portland again!

The concept of the social hour with drinks and soup/breadsticks would be great. But, they need more soup and breadsticks. It seemed like it was more to drum up business for the bar. Not necessarily a bad thing but families aren't going to the bar as much. The breakfast was wonderful! The staff was very helpful. It was clean. It had a working sauna and hottub. A bonus!

The welcoming staff was delightful! Lovely room! Some of the bistro staff seemed a little impatient and sharp at the end of the breakfast service. It was unfortunate for an otherwise lovely stay.

Great check-in experience. Room was good - clean and quiet. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was our dining experience. We sat in the bar and waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged so eventually we went up to the bar and asked the bar server how to order food and drinks. She took our order but they had run out of beer earlier in the week and didn't have any. We ordered the pasta Alfredo but mine was cold. Like barely above room temperature. I asked for them to heat it up which they did. Breakfast the next day was fine. Checkout was easy.

Mother and adult daughter get away
It was a perfect location and we loved the complimentary breakfast with omelets, over easy or however you like your eggs and all the extras. We also liked the indoor pool and didn't use the fitness center. Super impressed. If I am ever looking to stay in this location again I will definitely stay here!
