The front desk staff was friendly and the online pre-check in and checkout made my front desk experience a little breeze. Gave my name to gety keys and just dropped them on the way out! The dove products in the shower were nice. Also the Gentleman who ran the breakfast area did an excellent job of keeping everything clean and stocked. The breakfast includes MYO waffles, small cartons of OJ, HOOD milk from across the street sausage and scrambled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, hot chocolate and tea. There is also a “pantry” to purchase snacks and extra items. My ONLY issue was the hair and dust behind the bathroom door. Which is from cleaning with the door open. Otherwise excellent!

The room was not as clean as it should. There was garbage behind the toilet from previous guest and dusty. Staff not friendly. Not walking distance from Old Port but Ubers are not expensive.
