I wasn’t too impressed with the property. Very outdated . We struggled with our room key the whole time . Very noisy people next to us . At times they were knocking on the adjoining room doors and pulling the handles . Breakfast was awful .

It was mostly clean. There was an abandoned toothbrush in /he bathroom. When we got there at 5, they said our room wasnt ready yet.

All but one front staff were great and helpful. Immediately removed and replaced non working refridge. Night staff immediately checked elevators and asked rowdy neighbors to quiet down. Key cards are totally unacceptable. Had to recode every time we left room. Should receive a credit for time wasted having to go back down to recode. Other person had to wait in hallway with luggage. Very un handy to have only 2 ice machines on the far end of other floors Had to go in circles to get extra towels. Housekeepers sent me to front desk. Next day cranky front desk sent me to housekeeper who was very friendly. We usually stay at Comfort Inn or Best Western. Both provided a much more pleasant experience Appreciated that pool and spa were open 24 hours, altough we did not use pool due to too many screaming kids on spring break.

When we arrived the staff were standing around the desk “bad mouthing” the company. After we got to our room our key did not work. I went down got new keys that didn’t work. Finally someone came, took the key, jiggled the handle and then said”oh this door doesn’t work right, you have to push the handle down instead of up.” It was 9:00 pm, we were tired and frustrated they put us in a room that they knew had a faulty door lock. Won’t go back

Breakfast was okay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Some plug ins did not work. Drapes were dirty with stains. Bathroom door had hole where someone smashed into it. Room was small. Remote did not work but desk clerk found a new one for us and it worked. The washcloths were thread bare, you could see through them.

Noisy

The room did not feel clean (carpet was dirty, bedding was dingy). When someone in another room would flush their toilet or run a shower we could hear the water running through the pipes in the wall. It was very noisy as people walked down the halls.
