The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean and decorated beautifully with new age art. The bed was very comfortable. We had a very long day at a tournament and it was great to have such a wonderful experience

This hotel was once the nicest in Portland. Our room last evening was tired, smelled like mold, and very small. We have been visitng this place for 25 years (including our wedding night). I don't know what has caused it to go downhill so much.

Wonderful hotel for dogs, kids and parents!

Love how it’s dog friendly! My kids and dogs loved the stay and plan to stay here again. The staff is super nice and location is wonderful. It is clean and quiet too.

The spa bath had nothing to pull to drain. Didn’t ask for help cause it was late at night but super inconvenient. The block is filled with the homeless so you just have to be prepared to deal with that going in and out

The hotel staff were incredible. Always resdy to answer questions about the area, give advise on places to goand things to do. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Location was fantastic. Close to shopping, countless restaurants, and micro breweries. Highly recommend.
