The location of the hotel was pretty convenient, right next to a rail line and in close proximity to a lot of the popular places. The waterfront is super close for a nice stroll. All staff were super nice, hotel was clean, and the breakfast options were great. Would stay again.

We were very pleased with the size of the room. It was clean upon arrival and the staff made check in quick and simple. The valet parking was an extra charge but it was well worth it for the car to be in a secure lot. The valet was also quick and efficient anytime we needed our vehicle.

Property is beautiful, clean and reasonable in price. Checked in late and employee wasn’t the friendliest but the rest of the stay was great. Water pressure was great in the shower and kitchenette was perfect. A walk to the water is the perfect distance

This is the place to stay if you’re going to OHSU. Close to the hospital but easy to get downtown by trolley or bus. We had a nice king suite which was comfortable and had a kitchenette with stovetop and microwave for making light meals.

Best Hotel! We got a corner room on the 6th floor and lived the view of the city. The room was set up in such a nice way. Me and my husband both said that we could live there because it was done so well. Great breakfast, and definitely one of our favorite hotels. We will be back!

Great staff and amazing rooms

We have stayed at this location twice in little over a month a family member had to have geart surgery at OHSU and this hotel was amazing. The Staff was so friendly and helpful offer to help unload and load the car. They always asked if we needed anything and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you to the Hyatt in Portland close to OHSU your service was amazing

I thought I read parking was included on this property. It cost me an additional $150 just to park for 3 days. If it is listed with parking included please take that off. Very expensive for parking and I was in town for a funeral. Not happy. The folks were great. Breakfast was good Guess everything else was fine.

Very spacious hotel, clean, quiet, and very close to downtown! Self parking is an issue. City allows 2-3 hr parking limit on streets surrounding the hotel. Hotel patrons need to go feed the parking pay stalls once every time block expires or move the car to another parking spot.
