We liked the rooms and the breakfast. The website said the bar would be open but wasn't but we had a good time at the pub down the street as recommended by the staff. I wished I had looked into (or it had been more prominent on the websites) about the parking extra charge. I would have liked to take care of the options before I arrived since I was tired and a bit cranky when I arrived.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. They were friendly and very accommodating. Great knowledge of the area and very prompt with things like retrieving our car and even getting an item out of the car that we had left there when it was parked.

We stayed and had a dog barking next to us all day and night and then you could hear the upstairs people stomping around. When we checked out we left a bag. I was told by staff I couldn’t go check the room then was told if they did find it they would hold it. I live in another state. My husband went in talked to a manager they went checked the room which had been “cleaned” only to find our bag by the bed. Super unprofessional, noisy, and not the safest area.

A lot of families staying here. Craziness in the morning. Halls seemed quiet in the evenings. Nice river view. Food was good for hotel breakfasts. Room and bed were comfortable stayed in a king single riom

Breakfast was adequate. They didn't have hair dryer in the room. Room average, some noise from upstairs, not soundproof. Worse was the water pressure from the showers, very low water pressure.
