Bed the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. Room itself was top notch, living area with dining table and tv was very comfortable. Bathroom was amazing two sinks private water closet and walk in shower with a huge bath tub, big enough for two. Bedroom seriously most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a hotel! View was amazing as well. View was of the convention center and at night the towers from the center lite up and made it seems magical. The only downside is you are in the Lloyd district and it can get very noisy at night and I wouldn’t recommend walking around after it gets dark. Location other is great close to the Moda Center, Veterans Colosseum and convention center, so you could walk if you wanted. Staff was amazing as well we got there super early and the lovely lady that was working was able to get us in at noon! Very happy after an early morning. They also were able to help with getting my bill corrected when I was accidentally charged with a bottle a wine! Will stay again next time I’m in Portland!

The area is not great, hotel is right by the max train which is loud. The room was clean and had lots of extras, however the bed was very hard! Plus my room faced the parking lot which was very brightly lit (which I get for the area) but even with dark curtains the room was way too light. Also I didn’t like you had to download an app to order room service, and the WiFi password wasn’t posted anywhere. Valet service was nice, and front desk was fast.

There was no staff at the front desk when we arrived. We were not told that we were suppose to turn on a light before midnight to request for our room to be clean so would have been great if they tell guests. There is no laundry plastic bag in the closet.

I really enjoyed this property. U did hit the button to request my room be services and it didn't happen and had I not stopped the next morning to insure I was on the list it also wouldn't have happened that day. The food and water in the room minibar was very expensive. Most hotels offer a bottle of water each day. This water was over $6.

I like that the hotel is right across the street from the convention center. I like that there are eating options around the hotel (mostly fast food, but better rhan norhing). Public transportation is literally right outside the door. You're within walking distance to Moda Center. And the rooms have snacks for purchase such as nuts, beer, wine, water, chocolates, etc.
