The staff here were all amazing and very accommodating . The room was clean enough but the bathroom could have been cleaner . There was also a light fixture in the shower that looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling and had been repaired prior . The only big complaint I would have is that my room was right next to the exit door in the back that was also the designated smoking area , I am a non smoker and could smell cigarettes through the hall everytime I walked out of my room, maybe moving the designated smoking area away from the door might help ? Overall great stay and the staff was always looking for what more they could do to accommodate you , very friendly.

$97 room and they took a $100 security deposit. The hotel is only a few years old but very cheaply built. I felt like the people who had the room above us were going to come through the ceiling multiple times. Again due to the way it was built this place is Extremely Loud and noisy.

This property is convenient to the Portland Airport and restaurants in South Portland. We had a King Suite with a kitchen & the property was very clean. It was perfect for what we needed

The shampoo was empty. Unfortunately I didn’t know that until I was already in the shower. It was filled when I asked so that was good. There was no decaf coffee for breakfast. The worst part was the “Free airport shuttle”. We had an early flight so we scheduled a 4:15 shuttle. We were in the lobby at 4:00am but there was no staff person to confirm we were still getting a ride - apparently if it snows they won’t take you, even though the property is in Maine. It took at least 5 minutes to find an employee who then told us the shuttle had gotten stuck twice and was out of service (the shuttle was parked in front of the hotel so that was confusing). When another hotel guest pressed for more information the employee admitted the drivers hadn’t shown up for work. They also tried to say someone tried to call us. None of us received a call. So not only did we have to scramble to find a ride to the airport, we were lied to by an employee TWICE and had to pay for a ride.

The front desk staff was very helpful and even printed out paperwork for us when the lobby printer wouldn’t connect. When our flight was cancelled they were able to accommodate us which was a relief & the airport shuttle was a big help. One thing I would note is we picked this hotel because last time there was free parking while we were gone but due to construction they don’t offer that anymore so we had to pay for parking at the airport. No big deal but should be noted.
