The room could have been cleaner. It wasn’t disgusting but there were stained lamp shades, dirty walls. The tv malfunctioned. There was no local info in the room. We did not know about local restaurants and activities. There was no stationery.

First time iv ever stayed. I normally stay at a hotel every couple months usually Hilton garden, windom. This set up with all the counter space and regular sized fridge it’s a good place to stay if you’re spending the day or evening in Portland. I will definitely start staying over night in Portland instead of taking that 2 hour ride home.

We arrived early and spoke with Rachel. It was just after 1 pm and she was kind enough to allow us to check in early. There was an issue with the key machine. Rather than have us wait, we were escorted to our room and let in. A short time later when the key cards were ready, they were delivered to our room. I couldn’t be more pleased with the property, but the staff was above and beyond!

Dirty, left hotel

First room was dirty. Holes in sheets. Mold in bathroom. Moved rooms. Smelled like mold and mildew. Random garbage carts in hall. Bathtub moldy. Ended up leaving and staying elsewhere.
