I’m so disappointed! I stayed here several times when my son was a young boy for his doctors. We always had the best time. This stay was horrible. Starting with the staff. The man that checked us in was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. Our room smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. We brought it up to an employee and was quickly told oh it’s because of the rain! Check out wasn’t any better. The employees are very rude. Honestly eye rolling at customers?! Please do better! This was the last night of our trip, we stayed in New Hampshire, and Massachusetts and had an amazing time in those states.

Relaxing stay

It was a full-service room. Very clean. Incredibly soft bed. Pool was quiet in the morning which was good for me to float around. Good breakfast, but warm foods had cooled off.
