I really appreciate how clean and comfortable the room was. The bathroom had excellent counter and hanging space. Love the full size walk in shower. Tubs are obnoxious so thank you for not having a tub. Really love the hooks in the room for coats and such.

Our king room was spacious and comfortable. Shower was hot and water pressure fantastic. Bed was so comfortable. Slept well! Breakfast was substandard compared to other Hamptons. .

The 3 person room I booked included a sofa bed which with no set up, no beddings at all. We called the front desk and the front desk staff who checked in for us had to bring everything up by himself and leave it to us to set up. It feels like he is the only staff working in the whole facility. I checked in around 8pm so all of this happened before 9pm. It is reasonable to me to have at least 2 staffs till 10 or 11pm.
