Hampton Inn Portland Airport

This is an older property with excellent access to the airport. We were not bothered by airplane noise. Nice breakfast layout and selection.

The hotel is super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle to Pdx, when ever you need it. There is a full breakfast each morning. The rooms are comfortable and have plenty of towels. I There is a security guard watching the parking lot, in case you leave your car, while on a trip. It is a little more expensive than the sleazy hotel we have stayed at before, and totally worth it for such a nice place

I wish it wasn’t so fragrant! Some people like me have severe allergies to fragrance. No need for plug in air fresheners when a place is clean. Great breakfast!

Inappropriate presence.

During breakfast hours, I heard & witnessed a male kitchen staff bl I w his nose within the food area then, handled the plastic utensils, napkins & muffins.

The room had such an overpowering smell of either a chemical deodorizer or sprayed freshener. It made me physically nauseous. I had to unpack my luggage near the crib door in the hard woods and in the bath so my clothes did not pick up the overpowering smell.

Excellent stay

Excellent location . Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast included and free shuttle to airport and local shopping centre. Easy access to light rail to take you to downtown Portland.
