Well located, and nice rooms for the price. Public transportation options nearby, and it's surprisingly quiet in the rooms for a city centre hotel. The area around the hotel didn't seem sketchy.

From the location, to the hotel staff, my stay here was amazing. I most certainly enjoyed my trip to Portland, Oregon and this hotel played a big role in this. If I ever find myself in Portland again, I will definitely stay here. The one change thing I would have hoped for was the rooms being colder, the AC didn't seem to have an option to stay one, despite it being warm in my room.

Inexcusable
Waited outside with other guests for 20 minutes until someone opened the door so I could check in. Was told parking is mandatory valet at $50 a night and scare tactics were attempted to frighten me from parking on the street or in a lot. It was late so I had valet take the car. They lost the keys the next morning. 45 minute wait to get my car at 5am. I parked on the street the rest of the time, and they tried to charge me for the days valet at checkout anyways. Was there on business. WiFi didn’t work. Asked for help. They gave me a tech support number that didn’t help. So no WiFi in my business trip. Booked a king, got two double beds. Three day stay, room had one days worth of the coffee that hotels were using back in the 90s. Awful. Requested more. Came a day and a half later. Room “amenities “ are aged, and they haven’t aged well. Property amenities are non existent. Can’t even keep the single pot of lobby coffee filled. I could go on. I’m forgiving with hotels; I worked in the industry for years. This place is inexcusable. They are pinching every penny and failing to provide cornerstone service to guests. Wish I’d booked at a motel 6; Id at least would have known to expect what I got at this courtyard.
