Hotel itself is great. Just too many homeless people around the area. A little scary for tourists to walk around. Hope the Portland authorities can do something.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights through Expedia. After 2 nights, I was told one room was only booked for 2 nights. They added an extra night manually. It was confusing, and I had to ask to double-check the final bill. Also found a used coffee bag in the machine, which was unpleasant. Staff were helpful.

It is an absolutely perfect and fantastic location. You can walk to anything and everything. The credit card check in was an issue it showed that it didn’t accept the card but after calling the credit card company it showed that I tried it three times and then they flagged my credit card. After sorting through that everything else was great.

The staff was wonderful and the rooms were nice. Didn’t realize there was no parking only valet, I thought it was a bit pricey considering we were guest staying at the hotel. But other than that it was a good experience.
