Interrupted sleep ruins stay.
We love the hotel for its location, cleanliness and friendly, polite service. However, we experienced noisy neighbors in a room above/next to us this time. Our sleep was significantly interrupted throughout the night by loud music and stomping of feet. If we had planned to stay another night, I would have mentioned this to the front desk. It would be nice if a staff person could make a few rounds throughout the night to ensure compliance with hotel rules and guest appropriateness.

Clean, quiet basic hotel with decent breakfast although no dairy or wheat free options. Staff are friendly and hotel is quiet and close to outlet shopping, Starbucks and EV charging.

One bad employee can ruin the face of a business.
I was refused to be able to stay a second night because of an awful woman. The worker was extremely rude and judgemental in fact completely disrespectful. I will never stay there again and I will advise my friends the same.
