Head boards were chipping material onto the bed. The door jam on my room was broken as if someone tried to enter by force and broke it. There was no additional locking feature to ensure no entry from outside. Carts to help you bring in your bags was broken. Overall not a good stay. This place is only good if you can only afford the bare minimum for a room.

Everytime you step out the door greeted by homeless. The actually charge phones use hose and hang out on property. Breakfast was just some bagels and sausage gravy. Carpet in room was very dirty.

Scott is the absolute best! he got me the exact room i wanted. helped me check in & even got me set up for a remote meeting i had right at the time of check in! 😅. as others have said, yes. it’s loud because of ambient traffic. but the rooms are clean and spacious. and i will definitely be back.

the breakfast was included but to my surprise, the breakfast has bagels pancakes and yogout. I thought/wished to have some boiled eggs. Coffee and water were provided with the breakfast only (there might be some drinks in the afternoon but we often came back late)
