The dinning options were not satisfactory. Extremely overpriced for the quantity/quality of food. Staff were extremely nice. Room was fair, shower leaked while using and bathroom ended up with a lot of water on the floor.

The staff were all very helpful, the property was very clean and welcoming. Our room was very nice and clean overall, and the shower was extremely relaxing. It would have been nice to have comfortable seating in the room other than the bed. The desk chair was geared more for business than casual relaxing in the room. We did not have any opportunity to try the restaurant out, but it looked very appealing and enjoyable.

The property was very nice. The only downside was our dinner. The food was good but, it came out in a crazy order. Entree;s at the same time as appetizer. We were a group of three. There was over 5 minutes difference when entree's arrived for each person. There was only one other small table. Very odd, but tasty

This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Decor is tasteful, rooms are spacious, bathroom is amazing with separate shower and tub. My only complaint is that it took forever to get hot water.

We loved staying here! Lobby and rooms are clean, rooms are a great size, and easy parking. Was not able to take advantage of the onsen. The entrance to the hotel is a little weird. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is decorated in a simple, beautiful, Japanese style. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the chocolate lava cake exquisite. The large soaking pools were spotless and very relaxing. Highly recommended, we will return next time we visit family in the area.

This was a lovely, very clean, well maintained and interesting property. The only issue we had was that the beds are very hard and the pillows paper thin. If we had been staying longer we would have asked for double the pillows. That was our only issue in the lovely property.
