The check in was quick and easy. First time I’ve ever had a hold on my card for a room, even when booking through hotels.com. Most just put my card on file, I understand the reasoning but also can defer people from choosing to stay at this branch of hotels. We only booked this hotel specifically for its hot tub. It was more expensive but because it had a hot tub we booked. There was no information on their page that stated it was out of order prior to booking. Yet when we arrived we found out it was out of order. Next time we will make sure to call ahead to confirm everything is in working order. Somethings seem to be updated in the rooms, others a bit dated. The beds were comfortable and clean, the tv offers netflix if you have an account, casting and decent channels. The breakfast was decent and nice they offered espresso.

Great location, easy to get to all destinations! Fairly quiet for being right off a main highway, if your a light sleeper ask for the Forrest view side. Loved the massage chair in the room, that was a nice surprise. Especially since the hot tub was down. Breakfast was pretty good as well, big verity and very clean.

The only thing, is, we were not told to request cleaning the room. We thought we were ignored for four days,but come to find out, we had to request our room to be cleaned. Great breakfast, nice bed.

Prefered place to stay on our visits

Room, bathroom and sink rease xtremely clean, no odors. Comfortable bed, nice touch with the massage chair- all around inviting and comfortable. Great hot shower. Excellent and varied breakfast options whether we were there early or later in the serving time. All staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was great. Will certainly come back on our return trips to Portland area.

Nice hotel in a quieter part of SoPo

The hotel and rooms were very clean, coffee in the rooms was excellent. Beds were super comfy. They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. This hotel is away from the mall area (about a 5-10 min drive depending on traffic.)
