It's not worth for the price. Basic things need to be asked. Like Hair Dryer, shampoo, no conditioner... It said breakfast is included, but only coffee with granola bar.

No room cleaning or towel replacement for the stay, for me it was 3 days. You need to take all used towels to front desk and get replacement. Horrible breakfast. They are giving frozen egg / protein bars and coffee. It’s a bit waste.

My son and husband stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. My son is autistic (17 yr old). After the first day my son was in the lobby while my husband unpacked the car.The person at the main desk asked if he was staying there. My son said yes, the desk clerk said she did not believe that he was staying there. He showed her the key card and again she did not trust him and called security on him. This shows lack of training for staff. It is horrific that the desk person was unable to ask a simple follow up like "who are you staying with". He would have said his dad, who was right outside. They could have also looked up my husband's name. I called and spoke with a manager who was kind and did apologize to my son and husband. The manager said the general manager would call us. This did not happen. She said that they would use this experience to create better training, but if the follow through with the GM didn't happen then I have my doubts. In addition they did not have dishes in the room when they arrived and were told they would not get them until later that night because they were not washed. Dishes we can get past, profiling my autistic son who is highly verbal is horrifying.It is every parent's worst nightmare that their child could potentially get arrested or kicked out due to the profiling from staff. If the GM had called I may not have written this review.

Our room smelled like a wet dog. Ventilation was poor even with the windows opened as far as it would go and the noisy bathroom fan running. Aside from the smell, it was clean. There's a great kitchenette in the room, but no dishes or pots or silverware or cups are provided, you have to get all that from the desk. Breakfast was among the weakest I've had at a hotel. Hard boiled eggs, yogurt, some granola bars, and instant oatmeal. They ran out of hot water early on so we couldn't make oatmeal, and there were no bowls only cups. There was hot cocoa, but that ran out too so only one kid got some which was a poor start to the morning. The hotel seemed understaffed in the evening. I only say one person working and they seemed to be doing everything (including working reception). A security guard was working on their car just outside the lobby with the hood up.

Upon arriving to the hotel, the room keys were not working so each time we wanted to go in our room we had to stop at the front desk. This issue was not resolved until the next day. The complimentary “breakfast” consisted of oatmeal packets. If you were lucky enough, you might have gotten a small yogurt or a pack of 2 boiled eggs. There is a large gathering of local unhoused people that gather around the Burger King and gas station next door. I will say, there is local security at the hotel at all times but I believe this speaks to the general lack of safety in the area. Another complaint I have is the wash quality of their towels/linen. They have a funky smell to them that’s apparent immediately upon walking into the room. This was one of the highest-rated hotels on Expedia when I was booking and I am astonished how that could be possible. I would not recommend staying at this location. Beaverton is quite nice, look there instead.
