Nice and comfortable

Overnight stay whilst staying in Portarlington. Very convenient if you are wanting to play at the golf course and only a hurt drive to the town centre and sea front. Lodge owner contacted me on day of arrival to confirm check in time and advised they would leave key in a safe place due to my arrival time, which was good of them. Room Was very clean and tidy, so no complaints.

Property good overall The traffic noise from road entering property quite loud if sliding door open to let in some fresh air, our room was at the front of the property facing the road, it wld probably be ok around the other side of the property in other stay options, given hand towels for shower mats, water everywhere on floor, spa bath large great size, unfortunately our room on arrival smelt like smokers had used previously, we needed to leave glass door open all night to let fresh air in hence the road traffic noise...good property for different options of accomodation, clean and room outside for families, pool, bbq...

Absolutely delightful experience our 3 night stay at the Oxley Estate. Peter and Pauline were such accomodating managers and made us feel very special and privileged. They maintain a modern, clean airy and comfortable environment out of town but nearby to Portarlington Golf Club and less than 5 mins to the quaint town of Portarlington. My wife and I had a memorable experience and will return again, this time without forgetting my golf clubs. I highly recommend a visit to the Oxley Estate, you won't be disappointed.
