Or stay at the Microtel was good, everything was very clean. The staff were accommodating. The only issue we had were plugins. Finding enough electrical ports that worked to charge all of our devices was challenging. The electrical plus in the bathroom does not work for my flat iron but worked for my airbrush. So is you don’t have the the safety end on your cords it won’t work. Other than that I would not hesitate to stay here again. I did not prepay and we arrived late at night and had somewhere we had to be so I went in just to let them know that we still wanted the room. They just asked if I was using the credit card that I booked with, I said yes and she handing my the keycards. To 30 seconds. I was impressed

My stay was disappointing to be sure. Got to the hotel with my daughter and promptly found out at the last moment pool was closed and although I was given the option to cancel, I couldn’t find a suitable alternative. Then whilst checking in was forced to provide a damage deposit that I had not been made aware of until check in. The room was mostly clean except in the bathroom, the shower needed to be cleaned better than what it was. The mini split (room climate control) fan barely worked so no climate control and the fan made noise all night as did the compressor in the mini fridge. The breakfast was ok.

I was so disappointed with my stay. We had visited family here last time and it was such a pleasant atmosphere but this time we were not happy, first of all the pool was down the whole time..the reason we booked was to go with our family to the pool and had they said it was down when we came we would of went somewhere with a pool. There was no signs anywhere indicating the pool was closed until we went downstairs in our bathing suits. The food was left out all night and I have never seen this at any hotel. It’s always put away. When we went to our room there was mold all over the bottom of the shower. Also the front desk staff were just not happy to be there.

We booked the hotel because we are travelling. We woke up to a text message sent at 11:00PM the night before telling us the pool & hot tub aren't working. There was kleenex on the floor of the room and hair on the floor of the bathroom. When we went down for breakfast there was no hot food as the grocery order hadn't come in and the waffle maker wasn't working. The shower pressure was virtually no existent. My wife had to wait until we got to the next stop to get the soap out of her hair. Then they couldn't check out because of a problem with their server. Definitely not worth the price!
