Great price. Housekeeping needs attention. The room was spacious but was not cleaned well. The bed was made messy. There was hair on the floor in bathroom, tub and faucets were outdated and room had no towels. But the plus was it was half the price then surrounding hotels and restaurants were not far from property

The free breakfast was very disappointing. The remote didnt work. They were not busy, so I wondered why the mangement couldnt get the simple things. But it was a comfortable sleep in a clean room.

Fue una estadia para descansa ya q ibamos de OH a Chicago lo reserve por el precio ya q era para descansar 1 noche pero no estaba segura ya que tiene un review menos 8.0 y tenia miedo q fuera un lugar malo ya q estabamos con nuestra hija. Pues gracias a Dios el hotes estaba muy limpio exepto unOs 3 cans de cervezas wn la basira q no era un big deal y para el precio y solo 1 dia muy buen lugar. Mejor de lo que espere.

The clerk that checked me in was very, very rude. There was a guy asking for information, she was very rude and not helpful to him. Next some one called from upstairs asking questions about the room. The clerk literally answered every single question with “I don’t know” 10 x’s. Then it was my turn to check in. She was so focused on her FaceTime call on her personal cell phone, that she couldn’t focus on her job. I will never return to that location.
