Stayed while celebrating my birthday and had a delightful visit. The front desk attendant Makayla was very pleasant and friendly. She provided great recommendations to restaurants and attractions to visit. There was a slight issue with our room key and she did not hesitate to assist. She immediately reprogrammed the room key and walked to the room with us to make sure it worked properly. Thanks Makayla!
There was blood in our room, in the toilet and on two different walls and the couch. Unfortunately they were completely booked with no other rooms to move us to so we washed the walls off and did not go anywhere near the couch. We reported to the front desk and were given Hilton rewards points but the biggest thing is that we wanted it to be known so they can make sure nothing like that ever happens again in any of the rooms. We were there for a baseball tournament and was there with the team so we stayed. Everything else in the room was clean and good. The breakfast needs a lot of help though.
We stayed at this hotel traveling to and from Tampa Fla to Calabash NC. It was a fairly new hotel that was convenient off Interstate 95 and close to many restaurants. The hotel was clean with a very friendly & courteous staff. I would definitely recommend it for your travels.
I appreciated how fast and effortless the check in was especially since we were exhausted from hotel hopping during a hurricane. The way the staff handled the no effort check in was so needed and appreciated.
We had a poor experience with the morning breakfast- the breakfast staff was not available to assist with a problem with the coffee and the breakfast bar. Did make our problems known to the front desk staff who stated she would notify management of our issues
