I Would Definitely Stay Here Again
It was wonderful. We got there late because we had to change hotels, but the room was lovely, spacious, clean and faced the water. Our only regret was that we were unable to enjoy it longer.

Disappointed thought we would stay in the historic building& we were put in an odd add on. No continental breakfast, a refrigerator that made a loud humming sound all night, no hand towels. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The man at the front desk was nice he gets 4 stars.

Although my review is somewhat negative there was much I liked about the Tides. The view is beautiful, bed comfortable, and our room was quiet. Still it all felt dated with peeling paint, partially clogged sink, no clock in the room, and limited wall plugs. It’s time for a remodel.

Amazing water views!
Walking into our 3rd floor room was amazing! High ceilings and a wall of windows showing off the incredible view of the water brought big smiles to our faces from the beginning. We will definitely return.

This property is really easy to get to right off of the Port Townsend ferry. But it was not very clean. It was a beautiful view from my room, but there was hair on the floor and hair in the bed! It was good for what I needed, but I would probably not stay there again

Ideal location. Upgraded room and bathroom. Quiet overall. Our room came with 4 pillows and we asked for more but they said they didnt have any (despite not being at capacity) and some rooms only have 2 pillows. Fridge was gross and not clean on the inside, but how many of us use a mini fridge on vacation anyway? Book here, just remember its not the hilton, in case anyone reading this forgot.

Location was fantastic. Our balcony was right on the beach and we were able to walk to our concert instead of fighting traffic. The room was tiny but clean and recently updated. Towels were terrific, bedding was not. There were only two pillows (both flat and small) and no blankets, just a sheet and a bedspread. They had upgraded heating to a mini split. They had not gotten around to painting the balcony. Also, the bathroom had no fan or vent other than a window facing the parking lot. Fine for one night, but overpriced for facilities. Just tell yourself you paid for the view.
