From start to finish the attention to detail from the staff in particular Lax Dissanayake, Manager who immediately focused on a concern, to Angela in the service/food section, to Debbie in housekeeping, the comfort and service was impeccable, you are sure to be impressed by the level of service and care the staff have to make your stay enjoyable. I will definitely recommend the Anchorage and return in the future.

Simply one of the best and nicest hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in! Every member of staff Managers, bar staff front desk, room cleaners, restraunt were so friendly and helpful. First time staying here - the staff were all very friendly, our room was lovely and the grounds were well kept. It's a very pretty hotel and a good location for visiting things in the area. Would recommend.
