I really liked the main lady at the front desk. Very nice and hospitable. The main breakfast lady was awesome. The Saturday and Sunday breakfast attendant was terrible. Horrible at keeping the waffle mix available for use. I missed out on being able to have cinnamon roll flavor waffles. Totally bummed out about that. It's not an option I have ever seen before.

Newly renovated

The first floor had just been renovated and all the amenities were great. A couple of doors needed adjusting and that was just growing pains and notified night manager and he was quite helpful.

I will try not to have a room on the first floor the next time we stay here. The first morning we had a 6:30am dog alarm that was most definitely not requested as we were on vacation and the people that were directly above us walked with a very heavy step. Other than that the staff was awesome and the room was clean!!

Everything was good with our stay. The hotel does only have 1 elevator which was a little annoying with the wait time. Buy other than that, the stay was ok.

The exterior of the property was well-maintained and clean. However, the assigned room was excessively noisy; the bed squeaked with every movement, and there was a persistent AC hum that prevented sleep until 3 AM. The pillows were uncomfortable. The $222 nightly rate was not commensurate with the quality of accommodations. A refund is warranted. While the shower offered hot water, a water leak was evident on the floor, seeping through the glass door. Overall, the stay at the Hampton Inn fell short of expectations.
