Handicapped shower flooded out of the bathroom and into the next room Staff never offered to help clean up. They brought two small towels. Just horrible. Dining breakfast was dirty utensils dirty coffee pots and no paper plates

Close enough to Tampa
The hotel had good rating and a good proximity to Tampa. Unfortunately there were may residents that were displaced by the recent hurricanes so it was crowded and loud at times.

I loved how close to 75 it is. The bed was comfortable. It could use a little more attention on the cleanliness of the room. I ended up cleaning the floors as my feet were dirty walking on the floor after I took a shower. The breakfast was decent. I would stay again

staff was rude. i asked for a roon that wasnt not conjoined 2weeks prior but i was booked in one. i asked for pool side and didnt get it. very noisey and floor was not swept or cleaned like it should have been and dark brown liquid beside of bed i had to clean myself

No toilet paper. Went to office and was handed 1 roll for 2 people for three days. Asked for clean towels and never got those. Breakfast was a joke. During hurricane, no power or internet.Had a bunch of power men with trucks for hurricane and extremely limited parking. I think they were there to party. Saw lots of beer and tons of noise. It was awful. I would never go back.

Poor Service And Dirty Room
We made reservations for 2 nights due to loosing power and water from Hurricane and just looking for a shower and AC for a couple days. My wife ans I are disabled and could take the heat and no bathroom access. Under the sercumstances, I can appreciate all of the work crews staying at the hotel for hurricane cleanup and sevices after the storm. They just kept us up with noise and activity all night. Our room was well used, smelled, and the ac barely worked. Pillows were child size and inadequate. We noticed a large puddle of water in front of the tv. I reported it to the front desk and was given a couple towels to throw on the puddle. The made service woke us in the morning to collect any dirty towels and I asked for 2 more. She said she would bring us 2 more towels but never did. I saw here twice sitting and walking the grounds smoking a cigarette and asked for a couple of towels. She brushed me off and said she had other rooms to take care of and abruptly walked away. We really wanted to shower so we could start our day. Soon after this we got notified that our electric and water at home had been turned back on. We decided to pack our things and head back home. I checked out and told the manager we were checking out early and weren't staying our second night. She said ok and walked away to a room behind the front desk. There was a line of people and only 1 desk clerk when we checked in and when we left. Obviously they were short staffed and unable to handle the work load.

Hotel room was clean, pool and outdoor area very unkept. Our room was on second floor and you have to drag luggage up 2 flights of stairs. It was quiet there, but somehow didn’t feel all that safe leaving my car in lot. Staff was friendly. No coffee maker in room. Only on request, and then I had to haul it to my room. the coffee was awful anyway. So called breakfast was a huge no go.
