The shower chair in the roll in shower in the accessible room was broke and the chair was hanging off the wall and the brackets were broke and hole in that wall..was not safe to sit on..also i asked if they had a portable shower chair and they did not and were not offered a different room.

The friendly staff was such a breath of fresh air, this has been our go to Hotel for a couple years now for cross border shopping (3 time this year). A couple things that would made our stay a 5 star would be the cleanliness of the bathroom its self. The vents were full of dust same with all around the toilet. As a person who suffers from allergies this was a buzz kill for me. But we will definitely stay again before the years out. Not sure of her name but the front desk woman with some blue in her hair was wonderful. Oh and forgot to mention the breakfast had a great selection and was always being refreshed! Looking forward to staying again!

Bed sheets did not appear to be fresh. The floors were not clean. I didn't want to take my shoes off. I actually left and did not stay after viewing two rooms.

Great location . Check in and out was super easy. Room was very clean however the beds were very uncomfortable . Felt like I was sleeping on springs .

3 night, solo trip, to do some shopping and chill with a book. Safe place, off the beaten path. 15 mins to port huron shipping. 5 mins to closest grocery store. Restaurant and gas at site. Its a solid affordable place to stay. King room was very clean, updated. Great indoor pool. Staff were friendly. Couple minor negatives Faint smell of old cig smoke, like its in the walls from the old 'smoke anywhere' days Worlds smallest tv in room I would stay here again, however. Good value

Stay was good, However the room smelled bad carpet was stained and felt unclean. I am a member and I come here often. This time I was not really impressed with the smell and cleanness of the room. Over the last year I had been coming here the decline in the quality doesn’t warrant the cost.
