Front desk agent was very accommodating when the room we booked had a tub in the picture while booking but when we checked in there was only a shower. She changed and upgraded our room. Beautiful art, great soap and lotions in the room and food was decent

We arrived and the next day there was a planned city-wide outage. During booking, we were not informed about that. In the morning, the hotel provided a sub-par rushed takeaway breakfast! Unaceptable!

Welcoming peaceful hotel with indigenous art and culture throughout. Very comfortable bed and pleasant room. We ate a very good meal in the hotel pub. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again when visiting Port Hardy area.
