Coffee maker was not plugged in I had to pull extension over with my wife’s Cain to plug in / no hair dryer in room had to go t main desk to get one / no ice bucket in room had to get from front desk / when staff clean room all things s/b checked

I had wanted to stay at this hotel for a few years. Unfortunately, it feels misrepresented on the website. The room was clean, but very small. The bathroom was very tiny with no space to put things really. The heat/cooling system in the hotel room made the most awful noise, so we couldn't use it at night. The tv was ancient. The sound was horrible - like a speaker was blown. Our comforter had a gross stain on it. A lot of little things that were disappointing over all. I wouldn't stay there again.

This is an old building elegantly updated with a strong and calming Indigenous presence. However, the old building is still a noisy one with sound transmitted from the floor above and the humming noise of the AC/heater in the room. The beds were very comfortable but the TV cable offerings were meagre.
