The usual tarted up older motel with self check in i.e. no reception, white tiles grouted over really badly with black grout, cracked one not replaced, damp rot at bottom of bathroom door etc. lick of paint, flashy heated mirror. Good bed, but no dish cloth etc. Almost a mirror image of the one we stayed at in Inverloch, same owners for sure.

The location was very convenient and pleasant the room was average. The bed was comfy but the bathroom vents and walls needed deep cleaning . When asked for the room to be tidy after going out multiple Of times would come back to see the amenities refreshed and dishes cleaned but the beds not neatly done . The facility needs some renovations. It was good value for money though I would recommend if you were in a tight budgets

Great updated motel. Loved the keypad entrance and directions. Had all amenities we needed. The only small issue we had was the door on our bathroom didn’t work (you got locked in). It’s on the outskirts of town so unless you like a big walk, you need a car.

The room was spacious, very clean and fresh and there was a comfortable sofa to rest not just the table and chairs. The decor was very pleasant and there was an attached private outdoor seating area. The only downfall was its position on the hghway meant road noise through the night and parkng was not available in front of the room.

My partner and enjoyed our stay at the A1 Motel. It was easy to find & convenient and was check in was nice and simple. Whilst its beside the main highway you can barely hear any trucks going by and the blinds were great at blocking out any high beams. We'd certainly stay here again!

We were a party of three, however only given two towels for the night. As this hotel is not manned, there was no one available to address this. Cleaning rag was also left in our bathroom and sheet colour left us concerned the sheets hadn’t been washed well

No human contact you receive your door pin code by text and check yourself in and out. Large bed but very hard mattress. Very clean and lots of channels after you scan the TV as well as satellite channels. Quiet and convenient.
