Towels super stain, open sing at the office on and it was close. Make couple phone calls to get information and not body answer. The room It needs a lot of clean furniture is dust. TV doesn't work at all, etc. Very disappointed

This property was cute and great for the price! We were disappointed that in order to reach good food and most activities, you had to cross a ferry to Galveston. This took about 2hrs both ways, so a 4 hour time commitment to do so. Also I only gave 4 stars because we saw quite a few roaches of various sizes at the hotel. We did appreciate how dog friendly they were.

Convenient and Close to Beach and Restaurants
Convenient place to stay as no other hotel accommodations nearby. The room was large and clean. We literally used it to shower and sleep. We spent all day at the beach. You can tell it has been updated. I would like to have a mattress cover and sheets that didn’t constantly come off the corners. The tv was great if you use apps. Maybe work on the hospitality. Coffee pots in the rooms would be a plus. Did not like parking in the back. Seemed a little sketchy. There was on old rusted out bicycle missing a wheel on the sidewalk by our room. Just added to the sketchiness. Minor things to address that I feel could add to the appeal. The price was good and seemed fair. No breakfast offered but could buy snacks and drinks in the office.

It was a nice and quiet stay at the beach. The Crystal Palace was reasonably priced and my dogs love all the space to run, but their mosquitoes were horrible.

The facility and room was not worth the cost of the room. It was a motel and had the wear and tear of salt water, etc. The room was large and supplied with all the needed furniture, mini fridge and microwave but the sofa fabric and sheets had stains, the tub leaked every time you took a shower and had rust around the drain. You could hear people in the nest rooms and they allowed pets so Lots of barking dogs. Window sill looked like it had been chewed by a dog. The first room we were given smelled of mold but after alerting the staff they moved us to another room.

Worst hotel I have booked
The room smelled and had water stains on the walls and roof and bed sheets looked disgusting we couldn’t get a refund so we just went home and took a lose on this rental. Highly disappointed
