We arrived early hoping to be able to drop bags off and go to the parks. The girl on reception said checkin was 3pm and didn't even offer to allow us to drop our bags and go which wasted a day for us. The young guy who did check us in at 3pm was more pleasant as was the other girl who checked us out. The rooms are pretty dated and could do with a bit of tlc. Pool was filthy but could be because of time of year (Early June) and hadn't been cleaned for the season yet.

The stay was great and so was the service. My only concern was that I booked an executive suite which was pet friendly yet while checking in I was told that I should have informed them beforehand (which I never was informed about through emails or hotels.com chat service that I should ). So they charged me the regular pet fee and let me stay but this is something that others can take care of while booking with a pet stay.

The rating is mostly regarding the interactions with the people working the front desk. Both my check in and check out experiences were uncomfortable due to passive aggressive behaviors and made me not want to go there ever again.

I believe their check in time ends at 11pm. We had a little set back on our way there but called the property and let them know we were gonna be arriving past check in time. They were very helpful and told us what to do to check in when we arrived. Turns out we weren’t the only ones arriving late. But the lady at front desk was very helpful to everyone there… Even tho it was pretty late at night. The bed was comfortable. And very close to the ferry.
