Hotel X Review: My stay at Hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was exceptional, providing attentive service. The breakfast was satisfactory, although the juices were watery. We opted for the best suite, but we found the mirror glass broken and two jets of the whirlpool not working, which was disappointing.

Ótimo hotel, limpeza dos quartos excelente e café da manhã fenomenal. Ponto negativo é a piscina aquecida, tem cheiro horrível, água turva, ambiente fede azedo (pode ser por água sanitária que usam no chão, mas o ideal seria desinfetante)

Muito barulho no terceiro andar Atenção!!! Se sua viagem for pra descansar uma noite como era nosso caso, escolha outro hotel. Barulhos a noite inteira e a partir das 6hrs piora muitoo... Pior experiência que já tive com barulhos de portas, torneira, batidas e coisas arrastando o tempo todo. Funcionários e/ou outros hóspedes falando pelos corredores. Não há isolamento algum, a gente ouve tudo! do quarto. Chuveiro excelente. Colchão excelente. Atendimento e recepção em geral excelente. Café da manhã excelente. O único problema é não dar pra descansar devido ao barulho. Quem quiser ir pra ficar acordado não vai ter do que reclamar...

Academia péssima
Um dos critérios para que fechassemos a estadia no hotel e que ele tivesse academia para os nossos treinos e a nossa experiência foi frustrante por conta de que academia só tinha duas esteiras, uma bicicleta e dois cochonetes não dispunha nem dos pesos para fazer qualquer tipo de treino, penso que para colocar como um dos pontos, academia, deveria pelo menos ter alguns aparelhos
