This hotel is a must stay on Sao Miguel Island. The location is perfect, hotel staff that go above & beyond to make sure you hav everything you need. The views of the ocean from the room is worth it. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

We had an amzing stay. When we had some minor issues with the room the staff was so easy and ready to fix the issues. Even though we didnt mention it, We where also very surprised to find a bottle of champagne in our room for my wifes birthday. It was an amazing stay

This is a nice hotel in a good location and we enjoyed one night's stay there. We had lunch twice and found the food to be very good.

We stayed here for 10 nights. Not having one big bed instead of 2 twin beds was not at all convenient for us. There was a very small bar fridge with limited space, no coffee maker, no microwave which we missed for the length of our stay. We got charged extra for water in the fridge but we’re not informed about this. Cleaning staff were amazing! Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Great support with tour packages. This hotel has an excellent location but it was very loud at night for 4 nights from bar across the way, yelling people until daylight. Something to do with students, I believe.

Staff is the best part of this hotel, they are amazing, friendly, patient, and accomodating. View is stunning, restaurant food is fabulous. And the hot breakfast has enough options to fill you up before a good hike. 1 minor nuissance was our single beds instead of 1 queen. They were a little firm, but there are mattress covers in the closet to compensate for much of this. Would recommend, WILL return.

Good choice in Ponta Delgarda

Very nice hotel with views over the marina and a short walk into town. Reasonable sized room with lovely marble bathroom. Breakfast wasn't the highest quality but the food in the bar and restaurant was otherwise excellent and very good value. Pool was nice. No kettle in room on arrival but appeared after mentioning in check-in review. Staff friendly and helpful
