We have stayed close to 20 nights there over the past 2 years with our daughter at NOC. Up until this time the prices had been very competitive and facility was clean. This time you did make a change in dates due to a health issue of my husband and I flew instead of driving- which I appreciate. However it was close to $700 for 2 nights. Room felt dirty- like I needed to wear shoes in the room. Did not receive any cleaning of room and had to ask for additional towels. For that price I should have received cleaning. Disappointed in the overall stay as it was not what I am used to in the past- she graduated Saturday so not a good way to end our time in the area.

Even though the hotel rooms are nonsmoking the attached casino is not. There isn’t good air filtration so the rooms still smell of smoke. The second night was like someone was smoking in the hotel. The coffee at the breakfast area was awful, the orange juice tasted strange and the choices weren’t great from breakfast items.

Loved it!

It was great! I was nervous when I walked in because at check out you can smell the smoke from the casino patrons but as soon as you turn to go to the elevators it disappears. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back!

My only complaint would be the cigarette smoke odor in the casino. But, It is a casino and I sort of expected that, especially since there was an ashtray at nearly every slot machine. We didn't go there to play, just to use the hotel as a stop over while traveling from Texas to Iowa. The place was clean, nice bar and the hot tub was one of the best hotel hot tubs we have ever used!

Great place to stay in Ponca City.

Good place to stay. Layout of rooms is unique. Clean as can be. Restaurant, bar, meeting rooms and of course there is a casino. I have business in Ponca City 2- 3 times a year, and i have recommended to others and they have stayed there. Best place to stay in Ponca City.
