The place was clean, it might be a little bit outdated, friendly staff. Easy to park. Unfortunately, they were doing a bit of construction, so it was a bit hard to get in. We were not told that we had to turn the lights on so we were unaware when we went to our room and it kinda looked like we were walking into a death trap.

Clean and functional hotel

Clean and functional hotel for an overnight stop on our way down to South of Spain. The room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and functional. Good water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. Great price for an overnight stop- we were happy.

Nobody at reception when we arrived a 4pm, then had to ask for towels and they tried to charge extra for our 2 small dogs which should be free as stated when bookinh. Nothing around hotel as it is on an industrial estate had to drive to find a shop and restaurant, then at 1.30am when asleep someone tried to enter the room with a key, very frightening we had to shout to scare them off, no sleep was had after this and nobody around in morning to complain to. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay

We wanted to stay to the west of Poitiers and this hotel was just right. A minor problem with the WiFI was quickly sorted.

Hottest Day

We travelled to Poitiers on the hottest day of the year. Unfortunately the room we were allocated appeared to have been used by someone who had either smoked out of the window or who was a heavy smoker as there was a lingering smell of smoke in the room. We did ask if there was another available room, however no other was available and after travelling from the Channel Tunnel we were very tired. We used the restaurant in the Hotel, the food was very good. Breakfast in the morning was also good, but not included in the room price. The staff were very helpful.

Needs Makeover

Choose Come Inn as reports said Fabulous. The lady in reception was fine but the hotel was in serious need of refurbishment. Decor was plain with shed green painted doors, no air-con, basic furnishings and bathroom from the 50s! Nearest basic eatery was 15+ mins drive. Didn't try breakfast as had to order night before.

One of our regular stopovers

Regularly travelling to and from UK to southern Spain this is one of our repeat stopovers. Plus points -The hotel is located out of the main town close to A10 or N10 with ample parking. Usual room facilities, a good restaurant and a good breakfast selection. Accepts our pet dog free of charge. Negative points - rooms could be considered small. Restaurant closed Friday to Sunday.

Good place for an overnight stay

Location was not great but we only wanted an overnight stay to break our journey so was not important. Good breakfast and helpful reception.

Great restaurant and friendly staff

Didnt think much of the outside, so the inside was a pleasant surprise. Had a nice meal and the beds were comfy. Not in a nice area, but conveniently close to the motorway. Good value for money

Fine for a one night stopover. Restaurant was closed which we were not aware of till we arrived so no dinner and breakfast not served till 8am - too late for our check-in time at the airport!
