Stayed for 2 nights with my husband. The room was specious and clean but a little noisy as other guests were talking and laughing outside rooms in the early hours. It's our second stay here so the parking is easy and it’s in a Fantastic location for getting around Plymouth and good value

Great location and very clean
The hotel was in a great location and very clean. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay and the staff were very friendly. They were happy to provide advice on local activities and where to go for the best view of the fireworks. Only downside was we were woken up by a fire alarm but this was most likely a one-off experience. Would recommend to anyone visiting Plymouth.

It felt understaffed, there seemed to be waits for most things, especially breakfast where tables weren’t cleared and most options ran out and were very slow to be refilled. Room Was fine and clean but unfortunately we were at rear of hotel and outside was very loud. Staff were friendly enough and location was good for city center and nightlife.

We usually stay with another hotel company, but decided to try something different. We were made very welcome by the staff, and nothing was too much trouble. We did have to ask for a hairdryer, but that was quickly rectified. The room was really comfortable and a good size for the three of us. Breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty of it. All in all a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
