Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good except for the watered down OJ. My only real complaint was the water pressure in the shower and every time the commode was closed there was a terribly loud noise coming from the pipes. There was another room somewhere doing the same thing.

I stayed at this property from Aug 26th to the 28th 2024. The first day was great. I had 3 kids with me and the pool was great. The next day we went back to the pool and afterwards we tried to shower there was NO HOT WATER from the 27th to the 28th. The staff had no control over the hot water, they were waiting for maintenance to come fix it . I stayed at this hotel on purpose , I never thought a hotel wouldn’t have hot water. I am allergic to chlorine and needed to wash it out my hair. From washing my hair and body with cold water the kids and I are currently sick. I am from NY and just wanted to enjoy my stay in Plymouth but that did not happen.

I have stayed in this hotel every August for the past 3 years. I really like this place due to the fact it is the newest hotel in the area. Sadly its quality has declined every year. The staff are great. My issues, when I checked in, my door would not stay locked. I couldn’t put my clothes in the room until I was ready to stay on the room all night. One of the pillows in the room was badly stained and disgusting. The ice machine on the first floor was broken apart in several pieces in the laundry room. Noticed water stains in the second floor ceiling in the hallway. This is a good hotel, but someone needs to start taking care of the place.
