For the price, it's perfect.

Overall, the appearance could use some updates (worn-down kitchenette and refrigerators) and there's a strange smell in the public areas that was mildly unpleasant (might be a cleaner they use that disagrees with my nose) but no other complaints. Staff is friendly and welcoming; just wish the aesthetic matched their sunny disposition.

Ok, except for the smell of pot

We have stayed at this property a couple of times. First time we couldn't have the window open due to pot being smoked outside. This time after check-in, the pot smell in the hallway outside our room was terrible.

The place is dated and needs uplifting. Carpets all over and they smell. Lack of maintenance staff. Our room has a busted lamp shade and despite notifying them on check in it remained unattended.

Doors don't even lock, hinges are not secure

I was in room 117, the door lock was broken, the door latch goes, un sturdy and falling off. Does no one check these rooms? They are so rundown and cheap. Everything is old and nasty. I can't believe how unsecured the door was and you're willing to rent the room out like that. Such a shame I'm never going to stay here again. A waste of money. I could stay somewhere better.

Worked for what I needed.

The location was convenient for our visit, and the common areas were well kept. The room was a bit tired, though. The curtains didn’t close all the way, allowing light from the parking lot all night and the AC was quite loud.

The hotel is showing its age

The door latch is broken. Very difficult to open and close the entry door. The mattress is very old and can feel the springs. Carpet in the hallway coming loose. Overall the hotel is showing its age.
