Room had severe leaks, apparently from AC. Repaired 1st time but on last night never came to fix. Woke up in pool of water. Almost impossible to make restaurant reservations even for 1 person. Lack of communication and knowledge within staff. Buffet was excellent. Room cleaner was amazing and caring.

Ac and other items in all Three of our rooms were a massive issue that nobody wanted to Correct. Safety was also an issue. We paid So much for crap Amenities

Front desk representative was Amazing. Most of the staff was friendly with the exception of the restaurant servers, they never smiled and looked bother every time you would ask for something.

Overall we liked the hotel but there was some things the needs to be taken care. First the bad first room we were given smelled like mold and there might have been unpleasant pests by the pool bar with the slides. the good amazing shows great staff and food at the main buffet was not bad we visited the steak house witch was good and French restaurant was good as well. Our kids loved the hotel due to the kids activities and water slides.
