Not yourbtypical resort. Like cancun or punta cana with a varity of food and resturants. Couple near by seafood places and a taco resturant at entrance of beach called Tila Taco is amazing!!

We really enjoyed our week long stay. We loved the pools and the constant shuttle that circled the resort was amazing. We had a wonderful experience with many staff. We would like to mention the fine service we received at the front desk from Pablo. We had amazing service from Oscar, Louis, Melvin, Raphael and Maria. We found our room clean and comfortable. Although there was not a huge selection with the food, we always found something to enjoy. If you do your research, you shouldn't be dissappointed with Condovac. I would definitely come again.

Do not book this resort. It's filled with unhealthy mold and mildew. The housekeepers are extremely rude. They do not give you clean towels every day. The roms are severally out dated. The shower and the ceilings have mold all over them. The inclusive is a joke. They service the same foods (beans, rice, chicken, hotdogs, beef, and fruit) every day, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are too many dogs allowed on this resort. We had to eat at the local restaurants on the beach, because the food was the same thing every day. I asked to speak with a manger and I was told that "the manager doesn't speak English ". I said that I would still like to speak to him. Then I was told yhat he wasn't here, after being told he doesn't speak English. It's a shame that we wasted I vacation time at this filthy resort. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Condovac is a laid back resort with minimal amenities. Small pool with limited chaise or chairs available. Food was plentiful, Costa Rican type menu. Caters to locals. Not walkable, situated on a hill, unless you are in fantastic shape, and ok with heat, you will want to take the shuttle.Beach area has some chairs, No bar service.

This was our second time staying at Condovac and it was still enjoyable. The property is a little dated and dining options are limited, but it’s so darn convenient. They have private access to playa hermosa and 5 different pools. The staff is all very friendly, even when there’s a language barrier, they do their best to help you out. The housekeepers are a treasure and work so hard to make your rooms so clean and tidy when you request service. The buffets are good quality meals and you can tell and see them cooking in the back. I do miss the old option of ordering from a menu, but the variety of dinner options on the buffet was decent. Everything was always hot and fresh. I loved the fresh juices they had out every day. You can also see lots of animals on the property, local cats, coatis, a variety of birds, and an anteater if you’re lucky! I hope condovac stays around and can update a few minor adjustments and they’d be top notch competition for any of the resorts around.

The best parts of our one night stay was the front desk staff, our room and the infinity pools. Definitely not worth what we paid though. The buffet was mediocre with a cat roaming around that looked flea infested with a nasty eye infection. For being all inclusive, we didn't have one staff member offer us a drink while we were in the pool or poolside. The beach was awful! We didn't spend more than 5 minutes down there. Overflowing garbage and too many locals. The lady in the seafood restaurant was also nice. Would not recommend. Definitely needs some work.

This property is not clean, safe, nor does it offer what is advertised on the hotel and Expedia websites. The hotel is rundown, not all inclusive, and very misleading. The “beach” access does not have access to the beach. There were homeless people, people openly using drugs, and it smelled of urine. There was no beach. There were raccoons running into the kitchen and overall I felt very uncomfortable and taken advantage of. The property was very unkept and there weee overflowing trash cans and garbage everywhere. Our room was dirty and unsafe because of the mold on the ceiling and shower head. We opted to checkout early and relocate to a different resort which was the best decision we made. We were reimbursed for the two days but feel that a full reimbursement for the inconvenience and for the time spent to resolve the situation is warranted.

Relaxation but what I didn’t like is the false advertisement of airport shuttle included, I had to pay round trip to the Airport. In which I was being harassed @ the airport with ridiculous charges to get to the hotel
