Beautiful property

We had great service from the staff. The man at the front desk was very helpful and would assist in getting us a taxi. The property was beautiful and the rooms looked just like they did in the photos online. The roof garden pool area was my favorite. You could see Cozumel from the rooftop. I enjoyed watching the cruise ships sail away from there. There are many restaurants within walking distance along with a drop-off laundry service. Things that I wish I had known before.. We were asked not to flush any toilet paper down the toilets. Having 4 in a room, the smells were not great. We bought extra trash bags to close up because the bathroom only had a tiny trash can. Daily room cleaning was a must! The beds are firm and the blankets are very thin. The AC worked great in our room and we had no issues there. The hot water was not reliable, it was there sometimes and other times no. Our room's safe was closed when we arrived and after asking 4 different times it still was not opened so we had to use our family safe. But if we had no other family in another room this would have been a big issue. Overall a good stay and our group had 5 rooms total and all said would stay again.

Juan Carlos checked me in efficiently and quickly, he also told us where to eat nearby and did not hesitate to get us a taxi wherever we wanted to go. He was so welcoming that I would recommend anyone to stay here! The room itself is huge with a balcony full kitchen stocked with pots and pans and a huge bathroom. Also, you are near the night life but it isn’t where the location is noisy or busy because it isn’t! But if you walk four to five blocks you are on 5th where it is the heart of shopping and night life! You won’t regret it and I’ll definitely be going back!

Clean condo, well equipped kitchen ; toaster, coffee maker, liquidizer, large fridge freezer, hob, utensils (drawer is hidden in the cupboard under the hob). Perfect for self catering but when you don’t want to cook a good variety of restaurants close by. Easy walk to the beach and buzzing 5th Avenue. Easy walk to the Ado bus station and a bit further to the collectivos. Excellent roof top pool. Everything was in good functioning order: lift, room air conditioning, room safe and bathroom. Nice balcony with 2 chairs and table. In summary an excellent place to base yourself to explore the area as long as you are happy to walk a bit and a great place to relax on rest days. Rooms were clean everyday.

I had a good time . The staff were really friendly and it’s not too far from the beach . Also there is great food around the area . Everything is in walking distance. The only thing is that you have to pay a meter to park that requires coins only and the jacuzzi is not hot .

The photographs of room booked was a poor rendition of the room promised. From sofa bed that was most likely broken as it was already set up as a bed and it did folded up on me twice while trying to sleep. Dirty wall in room and ridiculous small closet. Not worth the stay considering the amount of rooms available in the area. Felt sorry for receptionist as it seem not a new thing having irritated guest. Moved out the next day and as moving bags out of building another guest was expressing her displeasure and plans of checking out.

The place is beautiful and I loved the rooftop pool! It’s super well located, close to everything, the beach, the ADO bus stop. I HIGHLY recommend Casa Ceviche right in front of the hotel for the best ceviche ever and taking the long walk to playa 72. The only issues we had is there was poor water pressure, and we had to ask for more toilet paper a few times. The kitchen is equiped with plates and pans but we didn’t have a pot. Overall I recommend !

Pros: - Modern decoration in the rooms - Separate internet for each room which was usually quite fast - Lots of hot water so your shower doesn’t turn cold - Friendly lobby staff with a very simple and easy check-in. - The pool is a very cool space with cool tropical plants. Cons: - Everything in the building echoes. You can hear flip flops running up and down the stairs, guests and staff chatting, kids crying, your neighbours showering, your neighbours watching TV, the new hotel being built next door.. - NOT adult-only as stated on the booking website. - As soon as I entered the room, I was surprised to see so many dirty spots and surfaces. It wasn’t very well cleaned. The stovetop had rings of residue on it. I ran my finger on the mirror above the headboard and it was just caked with dust. Under the bed had cheerios and bits from the previous occupants. A toothpick on the shower floor made me question what all was sanitized, and there were some dead mosquitoes squished on the wall. (I don’t know how they come in but there are lots at night!) - It’s really dark in the room, it always felt like dusk. Kind of depressing!! The lights are very orange and dim, and not much natural light comes in from the balcony on the first floor. - Lots of things missing in the kitchen was inconvenient … go to use the stove and realize there’s no pots, plates but no cutlery at all, must rearrange the dining set to use it, plus had to put fresh food in freezer because of ants.

This is a great hotel for the price point. Not a fancy all inclusive resort if that is what you are looking for. Shopping is close, the beach is no more than 10 minutes walk. Awesome roof top pool! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Fantastic hotel! Great location! Super clean, modern and the bed is super comfy. Love the studio kitchen. Felt safe and good for families or traveling alone. Excellent restaurants and the beach within walking distance. I hope to be back in October!
