Amazing new hotel. Abundance of pools. Rooms are awesome and restaurants are nice especially the beach front one. If you’re a beach person this isn’t going to be your best find because the beach isn’t so good. Hotel is great though and so is staff!

This was the most beautiful place Ive vacationed at. The best was the food. It wasnt just good for an all inclusive, it was simply just delicious. We had the most amazing service. Special shout out to my favorite servers Adrian and Jonathan at Seasoul. They were so nice and helpful, we kept going back there just to see them! Thank you guys for the amazing time.

Food was ok pools were cold elevators were not air conditioned so on humid days it was hot. Elevators were small and guest and staff used same so most times had to wait a few times to get on the elevator. The drinks at the beach pool were mostly ice and the spas were cold. Most pools weren’t being used because they were so cold. Speakeasy was fun and so was the shows.

Our stay was merely OK. We were tricked into getting a timeshare tour in briefing, it was super high-pressure sales tactics. Needless to say we did not purchase one. Since then we’ve seen this experience captured in a New York Times article, confirming it was a rip off. Accommodations were fine. The upgraded experience was mostly satisfactory. The big minus was the fact that the advertised upgraded bar was not an upgraded all. Most of the drinks were substandard. We even caught a waiter tasting drinks with a spoon and reusing that spoon. Completely unsatisfactory. Food was good, but not great. Staff was helpful. We will not be back.

This resort was wonderful! The food was excellent and we enjoyed all the available dining options. Since there was a wedding and a convention some of the dining areas were closed off to the guests. They even closed the sports bar one evening so many football fans were not happy. The main pool area was also closed off for one day during our visit. We stayed in a swim out suite which was nice if the other guests next to your room are not loudly swimming at the same time so you do have to take that into consideration. The beach was nice and the sea weed was not terrible. We were preferred club but that only meant you had access to the rooftop pool deck and restaurant. It was nice to go there when other parts of the resort were blocked off for the private events.

Staff service was excellent. Food was very good. The resort is very nice - it’s great that there are so many different pools and restaurants for a resort of this size. The major negative is the sales staff at check in trying to pressure you to come for a sales session.

The hospitality and staff were really great and we really enjoyed the shows. The only disappointment is that the dinning menus were a little hard to understand in English. The property was small, intimate and beautiful with many of options to dine and just relax.
