Good location . Service at the front desk wasn’t attentive. House keeping was great. Check out was at 11am other wise u get $50 charge for any extra hours . Roof top was beautiful . Did not have security a the door and sometimes there were no body at the front door . Good thing playa del Carmen is safe . Restaurant are 5 mins walk , 7eleven 3 min walk. Garage was can only fit 10-15 spots keep the in mind . U can park for free around the property between 10am -10pm. The apt front door looks were old and loose . Bedroom was 10/10 WiFi was 6/10 Overall I give this property a 7/10

Stay was okay but on one of the condos the AC wasn’t working. It took like a day to fix but they did fix it. The WiFi wasn’t great either but overall it was a good stay.

Our stay was amazing the only thing that was not good about this place is the internet. It was awful it constantly booted us off when we tried to watch tv on prime and for some reason it wouldn’t except Netflix at all, but besides that the place was well worth the cost

The hotel is great, safe, nice location, roof pool, bar and gym. Our only complain is that they only cleaned the room once during our stay.

Everything was real good a very good experience! But they don’t take care about customers I booked 2 months ahead this property the most expense room But when we arrived the room was in very bad conditions all dirty no ac and with the cleaning cars inside they gave me another cheaper room but never gave me a credit for the difference of room prices only offered me a 1 day free breakfast never apologize very bad!!

Unfortunately we lost air conditioning for 3 days and 2 nights and sleeping at 29 celcius was very hard , building , place and sector is A1 At least was able to cancel and all went well with them on that side with excuses

Stay away. We stayed for 1 month and experienced all kind of issues: frequent power outages, elevators not working, wifi - just bad. Oh, and at the end of our stay AC wasn't working for 6 days! It was 29C(85F) in the room so we had to go to another hotel for 3 days. The reception has zero concern if your stay is comfortable or not! However, cleaning crew was wonderful and so friendly and the location is good.

Inmejorable estancia!!!!!
El apartamento era enorme y espacioso. Bastante moderno, limpio y bien equipado. Esta en una excelente localización justo antes de playa cocos en una playa de palmeras en lugar de edificios y al comienzo de la Quinta Avenida donde empieza el paseo público pero lo suficientemente lejos del ruido de las numerosas discotecas de la zona. Las vistas y la poscina inmejorables. Precio excelente. Eché de menos algo mas de menaje de cocina como un trapo o una tabla de cortar y un cuchillo para cortar. La wifi no funciona siempre y a veces no funciona muy bien pero creo que eso pasa en todos los hoteles de Yucatán por lo que he podido experimentar.

My stay was 5 days and I had to switch rooms 3 times. The first room had flying bugs everywhere. No one helped me move my luggage and the elevators were out. So I had to walk with my luggage down 4 flights of stairs and over to the next tower up 4 flights. The ONLY person at the place that was pleasant was Antonio. The lost power several times so the internet and TV did not work except for a couple hours 1 out of 5 days. They would not refund my money either. AWFUL.

Well we only stay for 1 night. That was enough. We tried several time to connect to the internet with out success. T.V wasn't working and next day in our check out the elevators were out of service. We where at the 4th level so I have to carry our luggage down stairs. I didn't notice any special need ramps. I have stay before at Playa and I know you can get a better place for your money.
