Krystal at Royalton made our stay amazing! She handled our check-in smoothly, booked our restaurant reservations for each night, and checked in on us daily to ensure everything was perfect. Even at check-out, she was super helpful. The hotel itself was fantastic, offering great amenities and excellent service. Highly recommend!

We stayed there for 5-night (non-DC). Our room in Building 12 had an ocean view, was clean, and had no odors. All three of us are feeling great and had an amazing time! The resort itself was stunning—clean and beautiful. The buffet offered a great variety of options. As a vegetarian, I faced some challenges but still found plenty to enjoy. Our favorite was carrot cake at the cafe. I made a reservation at Taj for one night, but after that, we were able to walk in without reservation. Taj was great and chef Rohit was amazing. The drinks were fantastic. There were plenty of activities for both kids and adults, keeping us entertained throughout the day. The White Party and Foam Pool Party were incredible! We will definitely come back!

Hotel is very good staff are very slow but worse of all they are thiefs they will try and charge you for anything and very rude when it comes to sorting anything out, on check out they had my band and siad they haven’t and tried to charge me £150 after an hour of up and downs one of the staff found it behind the counter the staff was very rude and wouldn’t do anything to help terrible lobby service

Everything was great. Food, service, facilities. Only thing I can complain about is the pillows (for the non-diamond clubbers) they were all very hard. Perfect for families, lots of nightly entertainment and plenty of amenities like the pool, waterslides, splash pad for the daytime. Be prepared to be bombarded with the sales pitch as soon as they see you. They have a Prime members presentation they want to sell you on and you can get some freebies out of it whether you buy in or not. It was worth doing the 2-2.5 hours on day 2. And much like every other resort, if you want to sit by the pool, you better get up early and put your towels on the chairs before everybody else does.

Nos encanto la estancia en éste hotel. El buro para atención a grupos d Expedia es excelente, la señorita Kristel y Urisses muy gentiles y profesionales. Most of my family members got food poisoning. It is far off the beaten path. Very new, but staff doesnt know how to use aimple things like air conditioners. They are atill relying on the manuals

We had the most terrible experience in this hotel. We have been to Cancun 3 times already. Always had great time with the other resorts and the food quality, services was always on point. But with this specific resort we had a really bad experience from day one of our arrival. We had booked ocean front 2 queen beds with balcony. They gave us a king bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. They told us they will try to give us what we original booked for once they have an open room and in the meanwhile they will provide us with a rollaway bed. We never got the rollaway bed. We ended up sleeping on one king bed for 2 days. Food quality is terrible and also the selection is very little. They make almost everything in the buffet and give it to the restaurants. You can tell buffet food is not fresh. Only thing fresh you get is omelette in my opinion. They have food trucks by the pool that have a menu and most of the things on menu isn’t available. We ordered a burger 2 time and both times they were out of lettuce. Drinks don’t have enough alcohol it’s like they drop a small drop of alcohol and mix with juice and call it’s margaritas. Sodas where flat at couple locations. Orange juice is mixed with water. Basically food quality is very bad. Ocean has to many waves not a lot people where in the ocean. I would never go back to this resort again. We had a terrible experience.
