Todo muy bien, mi estancia fue muy buena, la comida muy rica y tienen buenos shows y actividades. Tome un masaje con Diana fue muy profesional y logró descontracturarme. Recomiendo cenar en el restaurante Aroma muy rico, el capitán de meseros fue muy amable y atento.

The menu didn’t change at the restaurants while we were there. Same basic things offered all week. The swim up pool didn’t get any sun all day and was too cold to enjoy. They could use more hooks for hanging wet clothes/towels. Tried two different times to enjoy the sports park but it was closed both times. The resort is beautiful but huge. The entertainment was fun. The service was good but impersonal since the resort is so big. I would come back again. I did enjoy myself and found it very relaxing.

We mostly hung in the main pool. Loved the aquatic activities especially Zumba. Staff is very friendly and very much enjoyed pool bartender David. Room stayed clean. Food was pretty good. Didn’t spend h time at beach except one sunrise so I can’t give an opinion there.

Such a beautiful property with so much to do! Loved the walk ways to the beach and around the areas in general! The buffet was amazing as there was a little something for everyone! Had such a great time with at the entertainment as well! Cannot wait to come back!

This was a great place that had a very quiet side for those who are looking for that. There needs to be more restaurant options, and those they have need to be open longer. The windows were small and closing at 10pm was odd.

The AC was either broken or shut off for 3-4 hours in the middle of one night. It was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise lovely resort, super friendly staff and clean everywhere we walked. Washrooms could use a little more maintenance.

Property has a lot of potential but garage left everywhere and 24/7 food service was not accurate limited times for food and room service was hit or miss if you called! Activities were also very limited which was disappointing!

Property is big, with 5 minute walk to the beach. but all the same food and shopping through the 3 properties. Rooms weren't cleaned very well or frig restocked unless you tip everyday. House keeping was trying to get into our room at 9am everyday, so we didnt get too sleep in much. Bath tub didnt hold water so unable to use, had light switchs that didnt work. Adult pool closes at 8pm and they would just close the pool bar at random 5-6 pm with people in the pool. Room service was complete joke.

I loved the amenities at this property. They thought of everything that may be needed during our stay. It gave luxury getaway. Even during the rainy day the staff kept the walkways clear of puddles, and provided games and entertainment which kept us busy and not worried about the rain, and having fun. Even though the food wasn't the best for us, there was always something available and many buffet options once we decided not to try the restaurants after being turned away for my husband wearing a shorts set. The quick bites on the beach grill were the best. Try the fish fingers and fries. Its the perfect mid day pool break, we just wished it didnt close so early.
