The rooms and grounds are very clean and very nice! The restaurant staff is nice but very serious and didn't seem like they enjoyed their jobs immensely. Our waiters at the Mexicana and Italian restaurants were superb. The buffet staff were pleasant enough for the most part but weren't very interactive. One in particular sort of snapped at me when I asked for water, which was not impressive. The bartenders were fine, but mostly very serious and didn't joke around or seem like they enjoyed their jobs. Granted, they were very busy as there was mostly just one or two on staff at a time so they didn't have a lot of time, but compared to other resorts I've stayed at they didn't have fun with the people they were serving. My biggest criticism is the lack of snack options between 2-5pm. There was only one spot open at the beach for food and it was a 20-30 min wait just to get a table. My suggestion for the resort is to keep the snack bars at the pools open until at least 4 pm for grab-and-go type items or quick options. There was an option for room service, but the sandwiches were very skimpy (1 inch of meat for an 8 inch bun), and there weren't many other options other than fries for just a snack. The front desk people and guest services are very nice and very helpful. The maid services are very nice and thorough. Overall, we had a very good experience with minor details that were lacking.

I don’t think I liked it for its true potential, a free week will do the trick!!! And all kidding aside, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Terraza was our favorite. Staff was wonderful too.

The food in all the restaurants and buffet was below average. I was very disappointed as this was a big part of the all inclusive. The resort itself was nice and clean. I would not go back because of the below average in food.

Stayed with my family with small kids. Great place for kids and adults alike. Property has lots of families and also groups of adults with no kids. Positives: Lots of kids and adult activities. Great pools. Great service. Friendly staff and always helpful. Properly is clean and so are the rooms. Food in restaurants is pretty good. The buffet is ok. Breakfast wish was better. Negatives: even though the rooms are nice, big and clean they do show some wear and tear. Beach has lots of seaweed. They do clean it but they throw it out near by and gives a bad smell. Rocks in water not sand everywhere. Beach area is nice. Fire show is good. Rest are ok.
