My boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation at Ocean Riviera Paradise. We received a complimentary upgrade to a master suite with an ocean view which was very nice. We opted for the Privileged package, and I would highly recommend it. Shout out to the bartenders in the privileged lounge! Great drinks and super friendly! The resort grounds were stunning with plenty of wildlife. Some other highlights included Mikes Coffee, The Gym & Spa, The Eden Foam Party, Swim Up Bars, and Sports Bar and Lobby Bar for evening drinks. The staff was also very friendly and attentive for the most part. (Few issues with staff trying to sell us wine and timeshares) Unfortunately, food was the weakest part of our stay. The buffet and à la carte restaurants both were not very good. I had some stomach issues toward the end of our trip, likely food-related. I’d recommend being mindful of what you eat. The drinks, on the other hand, were excellent. We appreciated the wide range of drink options available. As far as the beach, yes there was seaweed. We had a few good ocean swims before some storms brought in heaps of the seaweed. The resort tries their best to combat it but expect to spend most of your time in the pools. All in all we enjoyed our time at Ocean Riviera Paradise. I would consider this a budget resort and that reflects in the experience. I would consider vacationing here again, but the food quality might sway me to choose somewhere else if budget allows.

We had Antonio as our butler and he was amazing! The hotel was nothing short of amazing. For starter it was a HUGE hotel. I think myself and my party agrees that this all inclusive have great dining options but mot only that every restaurant was a 10/10!!! Thats rare for an all inclusive. The buffet was ok but thats why you have other dining option. Just want to say THANK YOU all at ocean riviera for making our stay perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise! Very good food and service from nice staff! Bed was comfortable and great pillows. A.C. in our room worked well, although the restaurants are very hot. The room itself is spacious and nicely decorated. This is a relaxing hotel not a big party place which is fine with us! We would definitely return to this resort!! We were in a privilege room since celebrating a big b'day and thought the upgrade was worth it.

I recently stayed at this property and wanted to share my experience. While the food was decent, there are several areas that could be improved. Room service comes with an additional charge, which was surprising given the all-inclusive package. The staff often appeared disengaged or unhappy, which affected the overall atmosphere. The property itself is in need of significant maintenance—bathrooms showed signs of mold, and wooden door frames were stained and worn. Additionally, the beds and pillows felt low-quality and uncomfortable. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and I hope management takes steps to address these issues for future guests.

My advice is that there is no difference between Daisy and Prive Village. I came to the first series of Prive Village and this series of Daisy is really no different. Don't pay extra money. The important thing is that the hotel still can't recognize that you are a family and should choose a building for you, since everyone has a family and small children, and of course, the number of such travelers is not small. In both series that I was there, every night there were a number of travelers who were drunk and disturbed everyone until almost morning and we didn't have peace every night. I'm sorry that it is not managed properly.

Since day one at check in staff was rude, didn’t explain much to us as far as how the towels worked, where to get them or how the restaurants worked. They gave us the wrong rooms when I booked them next to each other and with partial ocean view. We were way far from the ocean view. The staff was none attentive at all. When at the restaurants we had to ask the workers for water, a drink or even napkins. Staff never had a smile on their face and seemed bother when we asked for something. The room smelled like mold. I always book with Expedia and never had an issue neither am I one to write reviews but thought I had to since it was not a pleasant experience for being our first time in Cancun

We had a great overall experience at the hotel, but the check-in process was a bit of a disappointment. After a long day of travel, we were tired and just wanted to relax. I liked the linear layout of the property but that’s about it. Everything was broke and took multiple calls to get assistance. The buffet was some of the worst food that we ever had. On top of all the bad stuff was the crazy prices like $10 for a small bottle of water and $15 for one chap stuck.

We stayed in the El Beso area, and it was a great experience! There were plenty of dining options, and the food quality was good overall. We recently returned from one of the best vacations, it was incredible! Ariz our butler for the week took care of everything making our stay effortless and so relaxing. Sorely and Jennifer added to our stay helping with our addition requests & making every moment that much more special. Highly recommend this resort, you won’t be disappointed!
